Eastern theories of the body-mind connection teach us that there is always something underlying our symptoms, whether mental, physical, emotional or spiritual.
By looking for the root cause of our issues, we are much more able to release the triggers for our symptoms, in turn, releasing the impacts they have on us.
In understanding our underlying triggers and/or causes, we are in a much better position to either release them, or where release is not possible, adjust our lifestyle to minimise the impacts of them.
